Terms and conditions

This is a courtesy translation of the Spanish terms. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version is the one that governs.

These terms govern your use of the Tulogy service (“the service”): receiving your purchases at our Miami address, shipping them in consolidated cargo, and delivering them in Panama. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

When you register you get a Miami locker address. Purchases that arrive at that address in your name are consolidated and travel to Panama, where we weigh them, tell you the price and arrange delivery or pickup. Tracking inside the app starts when your package is registered in Panama.

2. Rate and weighing

• The current rate is $2.65 per pound, published on Rates. If the rate changes, the one in effect when your package was weighed applies — a later change never alters a price already calculated.
• Weight is billed by whole pound: any fraction rounds up to the next pound (2.2 lb is billed as 3 lb). Your package’s actual weight is recorded and visible in your account.
• Before we charge you, you see the weight and the price in your account; we may include a photo of the package or of its label.

3. Payments

• To receive your package you have to pay for it. We tell you the weight and the amount in your account; you can pay from the app before delivery or at the moment you receive it.
• Invoiced amounts remain payable until they are settled, and you can see them in your account at any time.

4. Delivery and pickup

• When your package is ready you can request delivery from the app; we confirm the date and time window.
• If a ready package is neither collected nor scheduled for delivery within a reasonable time, we will contact you; packages left unclaimed for long periods may incur storage charges or be disposed of as the law allows.

5. Your account

• You must be over 18 and register with truthful details; the name on your account must match the recipient of your purchases.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us straight away.
• We may suspend or close accounts used for unlawful activity or in breach of these terms.

6. Prohibited items

We do not carry goods whose import is prohibited or restricted under Panamanian or United States law, nor dangerous items: among others, weapons and ammunition, flammables and explosives, loose lithium batteries, aerosols, illegal substances, cash, perishables and animals. If you are unsure about an item, ask us before buying it.

7. Liability

• We are responsible for your package from the moment we register it in Panama until it is delivered. In case of loss or damage attributable to us, we will arrange reasonable compensation with you based on the declared or invoiced value of the contents.
• We are not responsible for customs delays or holds, for the contents of your purchases, for seller errors (wrong, defective or incomplete item), or for packages addressed to a name other than the one on your account.
• For high-value items we recommend buying insurance from the seller, or asking us about your options before shipping.

8. Changes and contact
