What is not included

What if it is too big to fly?
This rate is for air cargo, which is charged by weight. Furniture, appliances, household moves and inventory travel by sea and are charged by volume: $12.00 per cubic foot, with a 6 ft³ minimum. See how sea freight works.
Shipping in volume?

Frequently asked questions about rates
Why is weight rounded up?
Because air cargo is charged by the whole pound. A 2.1 lb package takes the same billable space as a 3 lb one, so it is charged as 3 lb.
We record the weight in whole pounds and you see it broken down before you pay: the billable pound, the rate and the total.
Is there a monthly fee or a minimum purchase?
No. The locker is free, has no monthly fee, and there is no minimum amount. You only pay for the weight you ship.
How do I get my package?
You can book home delivery in selected areas of Panama City, or collect it at our Costa del Este pickup point. When you book we confirm whether your area is covered and agree the day and time with you.
When do I pay?
After we weigh the package and send you the exact price with a photo. You never pay against an estimate.
