Amazon barely ships to Panama — but it ships free inside the United States. This guide is the short way round: which address to use, how to pay, and what bringing it home actually costs.
The problem, in one sentence
You find the product, put it in the basket, and at checkout Amazon tells you it does not ship to your country — or charges $60 of international shipping on a $25 item. You have not done anything wrong: most of Amazon’s catalogue, especially what third parties sell, simply does not leave the United States.
The way round it that everyone in Panama uses is simple: buy with a Miami address. To Amazon it is an ordinary domestic delivery, with the same fast free shipping as always. The only leg left is Miami → Panama, and that is the one we do.
Step by step
1. Get your Miami address
Create your account and we assign you a Miami locker in your name. It is free, has no monthly fee, and is ready the same day. You get an address in this shape: your locker name as the recipient, street and number, city, state (FL) and ZIP code.
2. Shop on Amazon as usual
At checkout, add your Miami address as a new shipping address. Two details matter:
- Copy your locker name exactly as it appears in your account. Without it, the package arrives at our warehouse with no identifiable owner.
- Use the same name you registered with. That is how we match the package to your account.
Check as well that the product says it “Ships to” your Florida address. If the seller does not ship to FL — it happens with some bulky items — you will need to find another seller of the same product.
3. Register the tracking number
When Amazon gives you the tracking number, add it in the app. Then, the moment the package reaches our warehouse, it matches itself to your account and you see the status change without having to ask.
4. We weigh it, quote it and tell you
When it arrives in Panama you get a notification with a photo of the package, its actual weight and the exact shipping price. Only then do you pay. No estimates that change later.
5. Receive it in Panama
In 3–5 business days. You can book home delivery — in selected areas of the city — or collect it at our Costa del Este pickup point.

Frequently asked questions
Does Amazon ship to Panama?
Only on some products, through Amazon Global, with high shipping costs and a very limited selection. Most items — especially those sold by third parties — have no shipping option to Panama at all.
That is why the practical route is to buy with a Miami address: Amazon treats it as a domestic US delivery (often free) and we bring it on from there.
Do I need a US credit card?
No. Amazon accepts Panamanian Visa and Mastercard without trouble. If your bank declines the charge it is usually the anti-fraud filter: tell the bank you are making an international purchase and try again.
The other option is to pay with an Amazon Gift Card bought online, which avoids the decline entirely.
What address do I put at Amazon’s checkout?
The Miami address we assign you when you create your account, with your locker name as the recipient. Your locker name is what lets us know the package is yours.
The recipient name must be the one you registered with. If you are buying a gift in someone else’s name, tell us beforehand.
How long does it take to reach me in Panama?
Count two legs: how long Amazon takes to deliver in Miami (1–5 business days depending on the seller and whether you have Prime), then 3–5 business days from Miami to Panama once the package is in our warehouse.
Can I return something I bought on Amazon?

The return costs $10.25 per pound, billed by whole pound and rounded up, and transit takes around 3 weeks. Start as soon as you can: Amazon’s return window is limited.
Not everything can go back: some categories are restricted on the return route, among them perfumes, liquids and food. Confirm the item with us before generating the label.
