The Miami address we assign you, with your locker name as the recipient, copied exactly as it appears in your account. Your locker name is what lets us identify the package as yours.

Tell us beforehand. If you are expecting a gift or an order in a relative’s name, write to us so we can link it to your account and it does not sit unidentified in the warehouse.

$2.65 per pound, with no hidden charges. Weight is billed by whole pound and rounds up: a 2.1 lb package is charged as 3 lb.

After we weigh your package and send you a photo and the exact price. You upload your payment receipt from the app and we confirm it.

You book home delivery in selected areas of Panama City, or collect it at our Costa del Este pickup point. When you book we confirm coverage for your area and agree a day and time.

Between 3 and 5 business days from when the package is in our Miami warehouse until it is available in Panama. Add to that whatever the store takes to deliver it in Miami.

In the app you see each package’s status and get a notification at every change: when it reaches Panama, when we weigh and quote it, and when it is ready for delivery or pickup.

Yes. You request the delivery from the app and we confirm the date and time window.

Yes, and we help with the process. All we need from you is the return label the store generates; we take care of getting the package back.

The return costs $10.25 per pound and transit takes around 3 weeks. Weight is billed by whole pound and rounds up, exactly as on the way in: a 2.1 lb return is charged as 3 lb, $30.75.

Check the store’s return window before you start: they are limited, so write to us as soon as you decide to return something.

Perfumes, food, medicine, used car parts, liquids, aerosols and money. The return list is stricter than the inbound one, so it is worth checking before starting a return.

If your item falls into one of those categories, write to us before generating the label. It is far easier to sort out beforehand than once the package is in the warehouse.

Weapons, flammable liquids and aerosols, loose lithium batteries, perishables, plants and live animals, controlled medication, and cash or high-value jewellery.

We document every package with a photo when we receive it, which lets us pinpoint where the problem happened. Write to us straight away and we look at it with you, case by case.
