What is a Miami locker?
A locker (or package-forwarding address) is a real address in Florida assigned to you alone. When you shop online you use it as the delivery address instead of your address in Panama. The store sees a domestic order, ships it without trouble, and the package arrives at our warehouse.
That is where our work starts: we consolidate everything that arrived in your name, weigh each package, send you a photo and the price, and dispatch it to Panama. You follow it in the app until it is in your hands.
Amazon, Target, Best Buy, Macy’s and most large US stores either do not ship to Panama at all, or charge an international rate that costs more than what you bought. With a locker you pay the store’s domestic shipping (often free) and then only the weight of the Miami → Panama leg.
How it works, step by step

Shop using your address
At checkout, enter your Miami address as the delivery address. Always include your locker name.
We weigh and quote
When it arrives we send you a photo, the weight and the exact price. No surprises and no hidden charges.
Receive it in Panama
In 3–5 business days. Home delivery in selected areas, or pickup in Costa del Este.
What it costs
$2.65 per pound, with no handling charges and no monthly fee. Weight is billed by whole pound and always rounds up, so a 2.1 lb package is billed as 3 lb. You can see the exact figure in the rate calculator.
What we cannot ship
Some categories are not allowed in consolidated cargo by the airline or by Panamanian customs. Before you buy, note that we do not carry:
- Weapons, ammunition and replicas.
- Flammable liquids, aerosols, paints and chemicals.
- Loose lithium batteries (ones already installed inside a device do travel).
- Perishables, plants and live animals.
- Controlled medication and supplements without a prescription or health registration.
- Cash, high-value jewellery and precious metals.
If you are unsure about a specific item, write to us before buying it. It is far easier to sort out beforehand than once it is sitting in the warehouse.

What does it cost to open the locker?

How long until it is ready?

Can I receive orders from several stores at once?
Yes, and you should. We consolidate everything that reaches your locker into one shipment, so you pay once for the total weight instead of a charge per store.
What if my package arrives without my name on it?
You can register the tracking number in the app before it arrives. When the package reaches our warehouse we match it to your account automatically.
